PRIVATE LABEL PET PRODUCTS FAQ
How does your private label / white label service work?
We have a set range of pet products that are tried and tested that you can access easily. You simply choose the product you like, and we add your logo to the product. You can also choose custom colours and custom packaging to make your brand stand out further. Our private label service is all about easily launching new products or a new brand with low minimum order quantities with some products having an MOQ of just 100 units. This service is about speed and low cost, whilst offering you outstanding service and product quality.
How long will delivery take for private label samples and bulk order?
Sample delivery time:
Blank samples typically take up to 7 days to arrive after payment, whilst branded samples can take up to 15 days due to the customisation of your sample. All samples are sent by air freight due to the small volumetric weight.
Bulk order delivery time:
Depending on the product, bulk order delivery time can vary from 4 weeks to 8 weeks. Varying factors include the quantity of items and the shipping method. Most bulk orders will surpass the ideal air freight volumetric weight, so sea shipping will be essential. Sea shipping from our factories in China can take up to 5 weeks, add on the manufacturing time of up to 2 weeks, this gives us a 7 to 8 week timeframe from payment to delivery. If you chose air freight, this would increase the cost but reduce the timeframe down to a possible 4 weeks.
We use UPS or Fedex to ensure safe delivery of samples and bulk order.
Can I see a sample first?
We offer sampling for all of our private label pet products. You can choose to see a blank sample without your logo or a sample with your logo on the product. Blank samples are quicker and cheaper whilst branded samples are slightly longer with a bit more cost, the cost is the time it takes to create your custom labels and manufacture the sample with your logo. Sampling is a good idea for you to see how your new pet product looks and feels in the hand as well as experiencing the outstanding quality we offer.
How much do private label pet products cost?
The cost of private label pet products vary depending on the product. Our private label range was designed to offer our customers value and quality in easily accessible in-demand pet products. Can I design my own private label pet products?
To some extent yes, our private label pet product service is unique in that we also include custom logo, custom colours and custom packaging. This ensures your custom pet products are 100% unique in the market. If you wanted to design your own pet products from scratch, for example a totally unique shaped rubber dog toy, or a harness with a unique body structure, this would fall under our bespoke pet product service. BESPOKE PET PRODUCTS FAQ
How does your bespoke pet product service work?
Our bespoke service is for companies who want to design their own unique pet products from scratch, this means products that have never been seen in the market before. The process is a bit more complex and has more upfront costs but it's the normal steps brands take to distinguish themselves as leaders. MOQ for bespoke made generally start at 300pc to 500pc.
Step 1. Tell us about your project. We are happy to discuss on email or phone, email is preferred as we have a log of ideas and important points. We like to move to the design stage as soon as possible and for this we request you have either a finished design or at least some sketches to give us an idea of what you are looking to create.
Step 2. Share your designs. By this we mean technical drawings which show the sizes, materials and manufacturing details. If you do not have a technical design we will need to draw one for you. The costs vary from £100 to £200 depending on the product and the technicality. After we have completed the drawing, we can give you an estimated cost per piece, but an accurate cost will come after we have made your first sample.
Step 3. After you have signed off the drawing, we move to the first sample stage. We always sample bespoke pet products first. Depending on the product, it may take between 2 weeks to 4 weeks to receive your first sample. Important to note, we give you the exact price of each product after we have made your sample, as we will know the complexities and timeframes involved.
Step 4. After you have received your sample, and you are happy, we move to the bulk order stage. We create your bulk order to the same specifications as your sample. Depending on the product bulk order can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 weeks.
Step 5. Delivery. We offer sea freight and air freight. Sea freight is more common with large bulky orders due to more affordable shipping costs, and can take up to 5 weeks. Air freight is faster and more expensive and should only be used if you are needing your new order for a deadline or important product launch. We will share your shipping freight when we quote you for the bulk order, so you will know the full costs involved.
Step 6 - Final notes. Repeat orders have discounts applied. You will be the sole owner of the design, we don't share this design with any other brands. We are happy to sign your NDA.
Can I use my own materials?
If you have a specific material you would like us to use, we will happily use this in the manufacturing of your bespoke pet products. We ask that you make this clear early on in the conversation and send us a sample of the materials as soon as possible. We can then analyise the material to make sure it is satisfactory and meets our high standards of pet product design.
I have never designed pet products before, how do I begin?
We work with brands and individuals at all levels, from well known high street pet brands to start-up brands just setting out. We understand the language of enthusiasm and help you to harness that no matter what level you are at. We are here to support you no matter what level you are at.
Who will own the design of my bespoke pet products?
You will be the sole owner of the bespoke pet products you design with us. All of your designs are kept safe and will only be discussed with yourselves. We are happy to sign NDA agreements as part of our safeguarding. We keep your designs on record for 5 years, in case you want to come back and create more with us.
What is the bespoke pet product MOQ?
Minimum order quantity depends on the pet product. Some are as low as 100 pieces per design, some are at 500 pieces per design. We can explain this to you in our preliminary talks. It is also possible to split the design into two colours, for example if the order was 200 bespoke dog leads, we could do 100 in red and 100 in blue.
What if I want to make changes half way through manufacturing?
Whilst we do not advise this, depending on what stage of manufacturing we are at, we may be able to change certain details, but this might come at a cost if we have to source new materials and swap machines over last minute. Please make sure to keep in touch with us at every stage of the process.

Where are you based?
We have offices in the UK and China as well as manufacturing facilities in China. We are unique in the industry and well positioned due to having teams in both the UK and China. How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary, depending on the service (private label vs bespoke). As well as that the type of product can determine the delivery time.
Private Label: Generally faster delivery times from payment as there is less design work. Sample delivery can take two weeks from sample payment with bulk order taking 4-5 weeks (sea freight) and 1-2 weeks (air freight) from bulk order payment.
Bespoke Service: Sample time from sample payment could take 1-3 weeks depending on the product type and how complex the sample is (unique dog bed being more complex than a rubber dog toy). Bulk order delivery from bulk order payment can take 4-5 weeks (sea freight) and 1-2 weeks (air freight). Sea freight is the most economic option but requires more time.
It is worth noting, we can forgo the long sample freight times and show you photographs and video of the samples in order to speed up the total order time. You just have to make the decision that feels right for your business.
Will I have to pay any import or taxes?
We offer all of our orders as ex-works, which means we get the goods on the plane, train or boat from our ports in China. Once the goods land at your destination, any possible import taxes will be on your company. We can offer door-to-door but you need to ask us about this early on in the conversation so we can price it in the job.
