THE STEP TO PET PRODUCT FREEDOM
At Bespoke Pet Products, we like to cater for every type of pet business, be it startup garage brands, established pet brands to the smaller local pet stores to the larger multi-national pet stores. We are unique in that we can cater for smaller MOQ of 300 units as well as fulfill 10,000 unit orders in a matter of weeks. The different levels of bespoke manufacturing and private label
We understand that every pet business has different needs, and we want to make bespoke manufacturing of pet products as accessible as possible. Here is a breakdown of how we work with you on bespoke manufacturing.
Stage 1 - Discovery
First we learn about your big ideas, we think macro and start to get down to the details. We converse on phone, email and in person if you wish. We explore your brand, your products and where you want to be in one year's time.
Stage 2 - Design + Development
We take your ideas and turn them into technical drawings and 3D illustrations if required. We prepare plans so sampling and bulk production go as smoothly as possible. You are welcome to send us your own technical drawings but they must be to a professional standard. This is a consultative stage where we help you realise your big ideas.
Stage 3 - Sampling
Fabric based products
If your bespoke pet product is fabric based (leads, collars, harness, clothing, bedding), we can create a working sample from the exact materials the final products will be made from.
Rubber, metal + plastic based
If your pet product is rubber, plastic or metal based we will first advise a 3D printed sample, this saves on mold costs and gives you a good idea of the final product. Once you are happy with the 3D printed sample, we can then proceed to create the mold. We can then make you a sample from the mold or we can proceed to the bulk order.
Stage 4 - Bulk Order
This is where we create all of your bespoke pet products. Due to all the previous stages, we eliminate any problems so your pet products will be 100% on point to your original ideas.
Stage 5 - Shipping
We offer various incoterms / shipping options such as FOB, EXW + DDP as well as air, sea and land. We discuss shipping early on in the process so everything is factored in.
