Dog beds come in a wide variety of styles. From orthopaedic, calming, elevated / raised beds, crate beds, waterproof beds and many more, with different levels of our bespoke manufacturing services available. From simple tag and box branding with stock items, to full custom cut and sew and full design and development of innovative dog toy bedding for your pet brand or store. We work with you on a one-to-one basis, in person or online, and being based in both the UK and China, we are adaptable when it comes to working with you in regards to time and place. The products you see on this page are just a small selection. of what we can produce. We have the blueprints for over 10,000 unique pet products ready to go, and depending on your requirements, we can either offer the products as stock with minimal changes, or work with you on a one-to-one basis to create truly remarkable dog bedding and bedding related items. Orthopedic Bedding
Orthopedic dog beds are perfect for dogs who struggle to sleep on harder mats as well as dogs who are approaching senior ages. We have a wide range of off the shelf styles that can be modified to your own brand style, or we can produce these from scratch to your own unique specifications.
Calming / Relaxing Dog Bedding
Calming and relaxing beds have grown in popularity in recent years due to them being a perfect all rounder for most dog breeds. We have a wide range of off the shelf styles that can be modified to your brand requirements or you can start from scratch and manufacture from your own design.
Elevated / Raised Dog Bedding
Elevated dog beds are for dogs who overheat, dogs who need support and dogs that are considered large. We are able to manufacture elevated dog beds to your own design, or you can choose from our wide range of styles we currently hold and modify them to your needs.
Waterproof Dog Bedding
Waterproof dog beds are becoming more popular, they are perfect for dogs who are prone to accidents, dogs who get wet and muddy as well as for taking on outdoor / camping trips. We have the capability to manufacture any type of waterproof dog beds, or if you want to choose from our wide range of off the shelf waterproof dog beds we can modify them to your brand requirements.

The different levels of bespoke manufacturing we offer
We understand that every business has different needs, and we want to make bespoke manufacturing of pet products as accessible as we can. Here are the various types of bespoke manufacturing services we offer:
Level 1 - we have over 10,000 unique stock products in our facility and ready to be manufactured or developed. You can choose from these stock products and have us add your company branding to the following:
- Custom printed swing tags
- Custom printed boxes
- Custom printed wrap-around stickers
- Custom printed back boards
Level 2 (including all the above) - If you want to go a step further, we can modify some of the existing stock products we have without the need for custom moulds. They might include the following:
- Your designs / branding stitched into existing products, such as calming dog beds and general dog beds.
- Branded labels stitched into custom dog beds.
- Your designs or branding lasered onto existing products.
- Have another idea? Just ask us.
Level 3 (including all the above) - We can work with you on a one-to-one basis, designing and manufacturing new to the market custom made dog toys.

These are some of our most requested pet products, our vast range of dog beds. They come in many different shapes and sizes. We are able to accommodate small start-up brands, to the established local, national and international pet stores, as well as supermarkets, garden centres and online only stores who are looking to diversify their pet product offering.
We can split your order up with a 50/50 split on colours, for example 50% of your custom made dog beds could be blue, whilst the other 50%, using the same design could be creme.
We try to keep our minimums low, making accessibility and overall success high. We have stringent quality checks in place to ensure all products that leave our factory floor are to the high standards we set ourselves.
