Natural Rubber Toys For an ultra-durable chew toy, natural rubber is unbeatable. We craft handmade rubber toys from pure Malaysian latex harvested sustainably from rubber trees. The renewable material is extra stretchy and grippy for entertaining chew sessions. Natural rubber withstands determined chewing and stands up to sharp teeth. It also helps clean teeth and gums. We offer custom shapes from bones to puzzle toys in multiple rubber densities. Vibrant colors come from non-toxic, baked-on dyes. Personalize toys by imprinting a dog’s name right into the rubber. TPR Rubber Toys At our factory, we also create toys using premium thermoplastic rubber (TPR). This synthetic rubber alternative allows bright colors and intricate toy shapes like animals. We expertly mold TPR to achieve the desired texture and flexibility for each toy. Textured surfaces promote healthy chewing and dental hygiene. TPR’s grippy texture helps clean teeth while also satisfying dogs’ instincts to chew and play. The material is non-toxic and withstands rugged play. We customize TPR toys from mold to finished product.

Plush Dog Toys For soft snuggling and fetch, our plush dog toys offer durability plus comfort. We use quality synthetic fur fabrics that mimic the soft feel of real fur. Vibrant fabrics and embroidered features bring characters to life. For safety, we double sew all seams and reinforce with cross-stitching. We include only squeakers with recessed chambers so they can’t become a choking hazard if dislodged. Personalizing plush toys with custom sounds, scents, sizes and embroidered names and faces is our specialty.

Plush dog toys are the go to play toy for all dogs, they are safe, fun and can be played with in a variety of ways. From chewing, tugging, fetch and obedient training. We understand that every business has different needs, and we want to make bespoke manufacturing of pet products as accessible as we can. Here are the various types of bespoke manufacturing services we offer:

Level 1 - we have over 10,000 unique stock products in our facility and ready to be manufactured or developed. You can choose from these stock products and have us add your company branding to the following:

Level 2 (including all the above) - If you want to go a step further, we can modify some of the existing stock products we have without the need for custom moulds. They might include the following:

These are some of our most requested pet products, our vast range of dog toys. They come in many different shapes and sizes. We are able to accommodate small start-up brands, to the established local, national and international pet stores, as well as supermarkets, garden centres and online only stores who are looking to diversify their pet product offering.

We can split your order up with a 50/50 split on colours, for example 50% of your natural rubber dog toys could be red, whilst the other 50%, using the same moud could be yellow.

We try to keep our minimums low, making accessibility and overall success high. We have stringent quality checks in place to ensure all products that leave our factory floor are to the high standards we set ourselves.

BESPOKE MANUFACTURING - GLOBAL SHIPPING

For our bespoke manufacturing services, once your goods have been quality inspected and packed, we will commence with the shipping terms of your choice. We ship by sea as standard, which would usually mean at least 30 days should be given for delivery.

We are devoted to ensure that every single product is shipped and delivered to your requested destination globally within the agreed timeframe whilst also guaranteeing products arrive in perfect condition.

We achieve this by working with our highly experienced and dedicated shipping and freight forwarding teams who are based in both China and Europe. The relationship we have built over time allows us to offer the best quality service when it comes to delivering goods worldwide.
